Disclaimer: We strive to be accurate and up-to-date on our Web site but errors may occur. You will be advised of any major error promptly. Products prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. All shipping charges will be added to your invoice and billed to your credit card.
Shipping: All orders of in stock products received before 2:00 PM eastern time will be shipped same day. If your product was damaged during shipping please refuse the package and call us immediately.
Warranty: Products are warranted by the manufacturer. For installed merchandise that is within warranty call NuTone at 800-543-8687 or for Broan products call 800-558-1711. Pillsbury’s shall not be liable, under any cirumstances,for consequential or incidental damages.
Returns: No returns after 60 days of invoice date. Products that have been used may not be returned. All returns must be pre-approved prior to returning product. There is a 20% restocking charge and shipping charges are not refunded.
Security: Pillsbury’s operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our ecommerce website uses 128-bit data encryption (SSL) to protect your credit card and account information, and we do not retain your credit card numbers in our databases for utmost security. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers. We do not share your information with any other third party. We do not sell to individuals under the age of 18 years old.
Privacy Policy
Pillsbury’s values the privacy of our customers. We will never, under any circumstance
share or sell customer information to any third party. The personal information
you provide will be used solely for the purpose of processing your transaction
with us. We may also use your e-mail address to send you periodic announcements
of special offers and events. If you prefer not to receive promotional e-mail
from us you may unsubscribe from within your account management dashboard
or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every e-mail we send. We maintain
